Returns and Refund Policy
What is your return and refund policy?

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product to us.


For your convenience, we accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. Please contact us and request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip. The email we send you with the RMA will also have the address of our return centre, where you should mail the product you are returning.


We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund on the Marly Skin Guardâ„¢ you bought online, up to 21 days after your order was shipped.

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, and any other item or accessory provided by us. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.


On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
There is no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. Any misunderstanding or misuse of the product is wholly the responsibility of the user. If the product is unusable or the packaging is compromised, customers may request a replacement.

Can I cancel or modify my order?


Pre-orders and backorders can usually be cancelled.

You can cancel an order only if it has not entered the shipping process. It is often too late to cancel an order because we start processing orders for in-stock items as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed and it's too late to cancel, you will need to return the item.


To request an order cancellation:

1.    Select "My Account" in the header section

2.    After logging in, select the order you would like to cancel. If you still require assistance, please contact us.


Shipping Address

After logging in, select the order for which you would like to change the shipping address and then change your address. If you still require assistance, please contact us.


Shipping Method

You can change your shipping method as long as the shipping process has not begun on your order. For example, you can switch from standard to expedited shipping. To request a change, simply contact us.
